Under distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, although once you have accepted delivery it is your responsibility to return the item and we are not required to refund until we have received it.
We would stress that you advise us at the earliest opportunity of any cancellation, to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
We have a no-quibble full refund or exchange within 365 days for unwanted, unopened, and unused items only. Unfortunately, if you have tried a product, we are unable to accept it unless it is faulty. Please note, that if you attempt to pass off a used item as unopened, this will get sent to another customer. This is unfair and unhygienic. While you have the right to change your mind on a purchase, other consumers also have the right to have a brand new item.
You can also return faulty items within one year of your purchase completely free of charge and for a full refund or exchange.
A returns label will be provided to you upon request, please contact us by email at [email protected]. This label is via royal mail, so please obtain and email us the proof of return as it will have a tracking number. Please note we are unable to offer free returns any more due to the costs associated with restocking. We do however fully refund including all postage costs
Please ensure there is documentation with the return to identify your order including your name and any order number. Pack your item carefully, either in the envelope or box it arrived in, or if that is no longer available please pack the item/items into suitable packaging, to avoid the item/items getting damaged.
We will issue your refund you as soon as possible once the warehouse confirms the item is back.
Once issued, refunds are usually instant but can take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank type of bank account or card service provider.
Please ensure that your item is unopened and unused and that ALL packaging is intact, including shrink wrapping, leaflets, instructions etc. Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot exchange or refund unwanted items if they have been used or any of the original packaging is heavily damaged, opened, or missing.
Please leave a note in your package stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible.
If your item is faulty, please email us before returning the item with a clear explanation in detail of the issue that you’ve encountered with the product, including video or pictures where appropriate.
If you have used the item, please make sure that it has been thoroughly cleaned before sending it back and that you clearly state on the returns label that it is a used item.
If once we inspect the item, we find that the item is not faulty, this will be returned to you.
Lingerie can be returned providing it’s unworn and all labels are attached.
