The ElectraStim Linx (model EM220) is ElectraStim’s first fully app-controlled dual-channel electro stimulator. It runs as a stand-alone controller straight out of the box, holding 23 preloaded patterns you can use without a phone anywhere near it. Bluetooth pairing with the free Linx app (iOS/Android) unlocks the rest of the unit: motion-triggered Tilt and Flick modes, audio-reactive Microphone mode, Stereo Stim, and a custom Playlist builder for sessions that loop and layer on their own.
The headline feature is Remote Control mode. Generate a one-time access code and a partner anywhere in the world can take live control of both channels — patterns, intensity, timing — from their own copy of the app. No cables cross the distance, no dongles, no shared accounts. It works the same whether that partner is in the next room or another country.
Electro stimulation carries real, general safety rules that apply to any e-stim device, including the Linx. Anyone with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic cardiac device should avoid it unless a clinician has signed off and pads stay well clear of the device. Pregnancy, epilepsy, and an unstable heart condition are also reasons to sit this one out. Pads should never go above the waist or anywhere near the heart. Skip any patch of broken or irritated skin, and begin each session on the lowest intensity setting before building up from there.
