Description
Sliquid Naturals Sea is the seaweed-infused member of Sliquid’s Naturals range, built on the same water-based H2O formula as the brand’s original lube. Carrageenan and other hand-selected natural seaweed extracts are blended in for exactly this: a thin, slippery consistency that closely emulates the body’s own lubrication rather than sitting on top of it.
It’s unscented, unflavoured and non-staining, free from glycerin and parabens. The formula is pH-balanced to sit close to the body’s own natural range rather than neutral, which matters: a lubricant sitting far from that range is what tends to cause irritation with regular use. It’s water-based, so it rinses off cleanly with water alone and works with latex condoms and with rubber, plastic and silicone toys — most of what’s likely already in the drawer. If it starts to feel tacky mid-session, a splash of water or saliva brings the slip back; adding more lube on top just adds more tack.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Sliquid Naturals Sea safe to use with silicone toys?
Sliquid Naturals Sea is water-based, so it’s safe to use with silicone toys as well as rubber and plastic ones. A water-based formula won’t react with or degrade a silicone surface the way a silicone-based lubricant can.
What does the pH balance of Sliquid Naturals Sea mean in practice?
Sliquid Naturals Sea is formulated to a pH of 4.1–4.4, close to the body’s own natural range rather than a neutral pH. A lubricant sitting far outside that range is what tends to cause irritation with regular use.
What should I do if Sliquid Naturals Sea starts to feel tacky?
Sliquid Naturals Sea can turn tacky partway through use, as water-based formulas do once some of the water evaporates. A small splash of water or saliva revives the slip; adding more lubricant on top just adds more tack.
