Description
The LELO TIANI Twist is built to disappear into the moment rather than interrupt it. Worn during penetrative sex, its external arm rests against the clitoris while the insertable arm stays put internally — both partners feel it, and neither has to hold it in place. The twisted, ultra-soft ribs running along its surface aren’t decorative: they spread vibration across a wider stretch of nerve endings than a flat surface could, rather than pooling sensation in one spot.
Control sits directly on the device across eight vibration patterns. Pair it over Bluetooth with the free LELO app and two further exclusive modes unlock, alongside Love Bridge — LELO’s feature for handing control to a partner remotely. Every mode runs through SmoothRise technology, a considered escalation through sixteen intensity levels rather than a jump straight from low to high, which matters more on a toy that stays worn through sex than one used in short bursts.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the LELO TIANI Twist be worn during penetrative sex?
The LELO TIANI Twist is designed specifically for this: the external arm sits against the clitoris while the insertable arm stays put internally, so it holds its position for both partners without anyone needing to hold it there.
What lubricant should I use with the LELO TIANI Twist?
The LELO TIANI Twist has a body-safe silicone surface, so it needs a water-based lubricant — a silicone-based formula will react with the silicone and degrade it over time.
Can a partner control the LELO TIANI Twist remotely?
The LELO TIANI Twist connects over Bluetooth to the free LELO app, which unlocks two additional vibration modes plus Love Bridge, LELO’s feature for handing control of the device to a partner.
