Sexmatch Roleplay Edition comes from Secret Play, a Spanish brand, and it’s built on a deck of matching illustrations and words that double as prompts for a couples’ challenge you complete as you play. Lay down a card that shares a picture or a word with whatever’s already showing, and you perform the action written on it. Run out of matches and you draw a penalty card instead. It’s part of Secret Play’s wider Sexmatch series, alongside Foreplay and Massage editions, but this Roleplay Edition is themed specifically around roleplay scenarios — the illustrations that come up during the game are ideas you can choose from once the round ends.
Whoever empties their hand first wins the round and picks which of the roleplay scenarios that appeared during play the two of you act out together afterward. The scenario is a shared choice at the end of the game, not a card either of you is locked into — if a prompt doesn’t land for both of you, skip it and play on.
How to play: Shuffle the deck and deal 7 cards to each player, placing the rest face-down as a draw pile. The first player lays a card from their hand. The next player must place a card that matches the one on the table by picture or by word — if they can’t, they draw a card from the deck and lose their turn. Every successful match means the player who matched must perform the action shown on the card. Any of the 8 joker cards can be played on your turn at any point in the game: play one and your partner must perform the joker’s action. When a joker is played, that player also nominates a word and an illustration, and their partner can discard either one to keep the game moving.
